Activities & Active Data

Activities are the building blocks of any mindLAMP study or clinical program. They are the tasks, assessments, and content that participants interact with through the app.
mindLAMP includes surveys, cognitive games, self-management tools (breathing exercises, journaling), and educational content (tips). Activities are organized into three app tabs — Learn, Assess, and Manage — and can be scheduled to appear in the participant's Feed. Every activity has a unique ActivitySpec identifier used in the API and data events.
All activities produce ActivityEvents — timestamped records containing session-level summaries and per-action detail. See Activity Data Format for the event structure, and each activity's page in the Activity Reference for its specific schema.
